This Privacy Policy explains how Westeren Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Goal Strike (the “Game”). It applies to the mobile version distributed through Google Play.

Summary

We do not require a Westeren Games account and do not ask you to provide contact or payment information inside the Game. The Game displays advertisements through Unity Ads. These third-party services may process technical, advertising, and platform information as described below.

Information You Provide

The Game does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment-card details to Westeren Games. If you contact us for support, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to send.

Local Game Data

Game progress, settings, high scores, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device. Local data can be removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game, subject to your device and platform settings.

Advertising and Automatically Processed Data

The Game uses Unity Ads to display advertisements. Unity and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
device, operating system, app, language, and network information;
advertising or other device identifiers;
ad impressions, views, clicks, and interactions within an advertisement;
purchase-related signals, diagnostics, fraud-prevention, and security information.

This information may be used or shared by Unity and its partners for advertising, analytics, app functionality, frequency capping, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Westeren Games does not independently sell personal information for money. Advertising partners may process or share data as described in their own privacy notices.

Where required by law, Unity or the Game may ask for consent before using data for personalized advertising. You may also be able to limit ad personalization through your device or Google Play settings. Choosing non-personalized ads does not remove advertisements.

Third-Party Services

The Game relies on service providers that process information under their own terms and privacy policies. The main providers identified in the current project are Unity, for advertising and related technical services, and Google, for Google Play distribution and platform services.

Data Retention and Deletion

Westeren Games does not operate a separate user-account database for this Game. Information stored locally remains on your device until it is cleared or the Game is uninstalled. Unity, Google, and other platform providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

For a privacy or deletion request, email support@westerengames.com and identify the Game. We will respond to requests relating to information under our control and, where appropriate, direct you to the relevant provider's controls.

Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information directly to Westeren Games. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where applicable.

International Processing

Unity, Google, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies and applicable safeguards.

Security

We and our service providers use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission, mobile application, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent for personal information. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
