This Privacy Policy explains how Westeren Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use 2048 Fusion Balls (the “Game”). It applies to the mobile version distributed through Google Play.

Summary

The Game uses Unity Ads, Unity Analytics, Unity Authentication, Google Play Games Services, Google Play In-App Review, Google Play Billing through Unity IAP, and a device sharing feature. These services process information needed for advertising, analytics, sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, purchases, reviews, and user-initiated sharing.

Information You Provide

The Game does not ask you to provide your legal name, postal address, phone number, or payment-card details to Westeren Games. If you contact us for support, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to send.

Local Game Data

Game progress, settings, high scores, statistics, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device. Some gameplay information may also be associated with Google Play Games or Unity services when you sign in or use online features.

Advertising and Automatically Processed Data

The Game uses Unity Ads to display advertisements. Unity and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
device, operating system, app, language, and network information;
advertising or other device identifiers;
ad impressions, views, clicks, and interactions within an advertisement;
purchase-related signals, diagnostics, fraud-prevention, and security information.

This information may be used or shared by Unity and its partners for advertising, analytics, app functionality, frequency capping, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Westeren Games does not independently sell personal information for money. Advertising partners may process or share data as described in their own privacy notices.

Where required by law, Unity or the Game may ask for consent before using data for personalized advertising. You may also be able to limit ad personalization through your device or Google Play settings. Choosing non-personalized ads does not remove advertisements.

Analytics

The Game uses Unity Analytics to understand game performance and how features are used. Unity Analytics may process an installation identifier, approximate location, device and app information, session information, and gameplay events. Events may include game start and end events, progression, feature interactions, achievements, purchases, or other events configured in the Game. We use this information to maintain the Game, identify problems, balance gameplay, and improve features.

Sign-In, Player Identity, Achievements, and Leaderboards

If you use Google Play Games sign-in, Google may provide the Game with a gamer identity, such as your Play Games player identifier, display name, and avatar, subject to your Google Play Games settings. The Game uses Google Play Games features for achievements and leaderboards, which may process achievement status, scores, and related gameplay progress.

The Game also uses Unity Authentication to create or link a Unity player identifier needed to support authenticated game services. Unity Authentication may process a player identifier and security tokens. We do not receive your Google password.

Google Play Games data can be managed through your Google Play Games profile and Google Account controls. For requests concerning Unity-linked player data, contact us and identify the Game and the relevant player information available to you.

In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play. Payment processing is handled by Google Play, not by Westeren Games. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details. The Game may receive or locally process information needed to complete and restore a purchase, such as the product purchased, purchase status, transaction identifier, and store receipt. Google processes purchase and account information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Ratings and Reviews

The Game may display the Google Play in-app review prompt. Any rating or review you choose to submit is processed by Google Play under Google's policies. Westeren Games does not receive your Google account credentials through this feature.

Screenshots and Sharing

The Game includes a user-initiated sharing feature. When you choose to capture or share game content, the Game may create an image and open your device's share interface. The content is shared only after you take the relevant action and choose a destination. The receiving app or service handles the shared content under its own privacy policy. The Game does not use the device camera to photograph you.

Location

The Game does not use precise GPS location for gameplay. Advertising and analytics providers may infer approximate location from an IP address. Some Android project components associated with Google Play Games may include a coarse-location permission; Westeren Games does not use that permission to provide real-time location tracking or a location-based gameplay feature.

Third-Party Services

The main service providers identified in the current Game project are Unity and Google. Their collection, use, sharing, security, retention, and deletion practices are governed by their respective policies and your account or device settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally remains on your device until it is cleared or the Game is uninstalled. Unity and Google retain service data according to their own policies and legal obligations. Retention may vary by data type, account settings, service configuration, and legal requirements.

To request access to or deletion of information under our control, email support@westerengames.com and identify 2048 Fusion Balls. We may need information such as your player identifier to locate relevant records. Google Play Games data can also be deleted through Google Play Games or Google Account controls.

Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information directly to Westeren Games. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where applicable.

International Processing

Unity, Google, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies and applicable safeguards.

Security

We and our service providers use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission, mobile application, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent for personal information.
